Shipping & Returns
- Free shipping on all orders during COVID-19
- Orders typically take between 1-3 business days to be processed and shipped. This excludes federal holidays. During severe weather your order could be delayed. **COVID-19 has caused some shipping delays.
- Handmade items are typically processed between 7-10 business days. Please check product descriptions to see if this applies.
- We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding Christmas day.
- Payment is charged immediately at checkout, not when the product ships.
- If at any time you would like to cancel your preordered products for a full refund back to the original form of payment, please do so prior to the shipping date listed in the product description.
- If you need to cancel your preorder or update your order, please send an email to email@example.com with subject line PREORDER and include your order number or call us at (702) 202-4344.
- If you are ordering a preorder item with an in-stock item, your in-stock item will ship first and separately. We will not charge you again after your preorder ships.
- For returns on preorders, you have 30 days from the time of receipt, not from the time you originally paid for the product.
- The date listed on the product description is an approximation communicated by our manufacturer/vendor and we will update as more information is given to us. If you do not see an update then we do not have further information.
- Returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached are accepted within 30 days of purchase during COVID-19.
- A return shipping label will be sent to you via the email address used to place your order at no cost to you. You will be refunded once we receive and accept your return.
- You must mail out your return package within the 30 day window for us to accept it.
