What are my shipping options?
We currently ship all of our products through the United States Postal Service and at the time of shipping we choose the fastest delivery time available to us.
How much is shipping?
Spend a minimum of $75 and shipping is on us! All other orders have a flat shipping rate of $7.99.
How long will it take me to receive my order?
No one likes to wait for their new outfits to arrive so place your order by 3PM PST Monday – Friday and it ships that day! All orders placed after this time will be shipped the next business day. Unfortunately, this excludes federal holidays. During severe weather your order could be delayed.
Will I receive a tracking number after placing an order?
Absolutely! Once your order is fulfilled a shipping label will be created and your tracking number will be sent to the email provided during checkout. Make sure to check your spam/junk folders for your tracking number!
Is your packaging recyclable?
Therapie Clothes is committed to leaving a clean planet for future generations. In an effort to produce less waste, our poly mailers are made of recycled materials and can be recycled. Follow this link to learn more about recycling your poly mailers How To Properly Recycle Poly Mailers.
Who pays the shipping cost on returns?
It is our goal to ensure that Therapie customers are completely satisfied with their purchases but we understand that things happen. Return shipping is on us and you will receive the label emailed to the address provided at check out. Please let us know if you would like to use an alternate email address to receive your label.
Are exchanges or refunds available?
We stock items in limited quantities to limit the amount of other people wearing your same outfit. Unfortunately this means an exchange might not be possible. We do not offer refunds but will give store credit within 14 days of purchase provided all tags are still attached. Products that have been previously worn do not qualify.
How do you process returns?
If you need to return an item(s) please send us an email as soon as possible describing why the item needs to be returned and a return-shipping label will be emailed to you. You have 14 business days from the time you received your order to ship returns back to us. Processing your return will take 1-2 business days after receiving it and we’ll send you a confirmation email.
Will you offer men’s clothing?
We don’t currently but men’s options are definitely in the cards for Therapie Clothes someday!
How often do you receive new inventory?
We are constantly searching for products that are both trendy and affordable and try to have new products available frequently. Be sure to check back often so you don’t miss out!
Where do you get your products?
We order from various vendors depending on the styles we are looking for. Have something specific in mind that you can’t find? Email us a picture with description and we’ll try our best to find similar looking items.

Therapie Clothes offers sizes XS through 3X depending on the item.
Do you ship internationally?
We’re the new kids on the block and haven’t quite figured out the logistics of shipping internationally within a timeframe that we are completely satisfied with, but don’t worry! International shipping is absolutely in the works.
