Spring/Summer 2019 Fashion Trends I Love
Birds of A Feather
Feathers aren't a new trend. In fact, they take me back to my high school homecoming days when I wore a yellow cocktail dress with long black feathers underneath. Clearly, I have a thing for feathers.

Not Your Grandma's Crochet
A retro fabric is back (did it really ever leave?). Alongside linen, crochet will help keep you cool in triple digit weather like we have here in Vegas.

Tularosa Crochet Net Slip Dress at Revolve
A Little Dotty
Normally I'm not a fan of polka dots for myself but I love seeing them on other people. This is one retro look I'm inspired to try.

Dress from Dolce & Gabbana (use for inspo but don't really buy D&G products)
Another oldie but goodie is the biker short trend. I myself am late to hop on this trend train but pair these babies with a blazer and I'm sold. Extra points if the blazer has puffy sleeves or structured shoulders.

Biker Shorts from Fendi
I have been waiting for tie dye to come back around and I'm loving it. (Noticing a 60's-70's theme here?) I'm all about a good pair of bell bottoms and some hippy vibes.

3.1 Phillip Lim Tie-Dye Denim Jacket at Neiman Marcus
In your face bright neon colors will be big this Spring/Summer and what a shocker this one is. It might happen every year but I love it nonetheless.
Kenzo Comfort Tiger Graphic Tee at Nordstrom
A good pair of heels does wonders for an outfit but somedays you just can't muster up the energy. (Or you're running late and have no time to teeter on stilts through the parking lot, not that I have ever been there.) Flats will make an appearance this season so let your feet breathe easy and indulge.

Are You Fringing Me
Bell bottoms, tie dye, and fringe. Fringe is sticking around this season on everything from vests and hemlines to handbags and shoes.
Magda Butrym Fringe Trim Silk Skirt at Nordstrom
Ever look at the office janitor and think, "I really want his outfit?" Neither have I yet here we are. Boilersuits will be in fashion and I'm actually kind of loving them. If anything they look to be super comfortable and something bloggers can easily slap their Gucci belts on top of.

It's A Colorful Life
Finally, let's talk trending colors for a minute. You might have heard that the 2019 Pantone color of the year is Living Coral. Not only a beautiful color choice but it is also being used to raise awareness to the destruction of this world's coral reefs. Looking forward to this color so much that I told my Prada Sales Associate to be on the lookout for anything resembling Coral that he thinks I might like.
Vince Camuto Tie Front Wide Leg Jumpsuit at Nordstrom
Marigold is the softer sister to Mustard and will make another appearance this year.
Avec Les Filles Ruffle Floral Dress at Nordstrom
Lavender will also be gracing your Instagram feeds this Spring/Summer. Extra exciting because my June bridesmaid's dress is lavender.
Bardot Lace Sheath Dress at Nordstrom
Monotone outfits in Earthy tones will be a nice way to mix up your wardrobe. Think Sand, Tan, Cream, Khaki, deep greens, very hippy of us.
